Welcome to Mister Brush Air Cleaning. These Terms of Service & Liability Disclaimer govern your use of our air duct, dryer vent, and chimney cleaning and repair referral services. By scheduling a service or using our site, you agree to these terms in full. We provide professional home service referrals throughout the greater Atlanta, GA area, including communities such as Acworth, Alpharetta, Buckhead, and all surrounding residential and commercial areas.
1. Nature of Service
Mister Brush Air Cleaning (hereinafter: "the Company", "We", or "Us") operates as a marketing and referral platform. We connect independent service professionals, contractors, and field technicians (hereinafter: "Subcontractors" or "Service Providers") with consumers seeking air duct cleaning and ventilation services. Mister Brush Air Cleaning does not directly provide air duct cleaning services, and we do not employ the technicians who perform the physical labor.
2. Independent Contractor Relationship
All Service Providers or Subcontractors connected through this website are independent contractors and not employees, partners, joint ventures, or authorized agents of Mister Brush Air Cleaning. Each Service Provider operates their own independent business and maintains full and exclusive control over the execution, methods, safety protocols, and quality of the services provided.
3. Pricing, Quotes & Payment
Initial quotes provided over the phone or email are estimates based on standard system configurations. Final pricing is determined on-site by the independent subcontractor after a visual inspection. Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the service directly to the executing subcontractor, unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.
4. Access to the Property & Safety
The customer must provide safe and clear access to all areas requiring service, including HVAC units, ducts, crawlspaces, and exterior vents. For the safety of our technicians and your pets, please keep animals secured in a separate area during the entire service process. The independent subcontractor reserves the right to refuse service if the work environment is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or if children/pets are not adequately supervised.
5. Condition of Existing Systems & Limitations
Cleaning services cannot fix mechanical failures or structural damage present before our referral. Mister Brush Air Cleaning is not responsible for the pre-existing condition of your air ducts, chimney, or dryer vent systems. We cannot be held liable for damage caused by pre-existing structural defects, hidden decay, or systems that were incorrectly installed by previous contractors. Cleaning processes involve mechanical agitation which may expose existing weaknesses in aging or poorly maintained materials.
6. Warranties & No-Guarantee Clauses
While we strive to connect you with reputable professionals, Mister Brush Air Cleaning makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees—express or implied—regarding the workmanship, licensing, bonding, or insurance status of the independent subcontractors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes regarding indoor air quality or the complete removal of all contaminants, especially in cases of deep-seated mold or severe soot accumulation. Any warranties on parts or labor are provided solely by the executing subcontractor.
7. Liability Limitations & Property Damage
• No Liability for Damage: To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Georgia, Mister Brush Air Cleaning, its owners, officers, and affiliates shall NOT be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to: property damage, HVAC system malfunctions, structural damage, mold outbreaks, personal injury, or financial loss resulting from the services performed by the independent subcontractor. • Sole Responsibility: The independent subcontractor is solely and exclusively responsible for any errors, negligence, omissions, or damage caused to your property or ventilation systems during or after the service. Any claims, disputes, or legal actions regarding the quality of work, pricing, performance, or damage must be directed solely to the specific subcontractor who executed the work.
8. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Missed Appointments
We require 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or instances where the technician cannot gain access to the property at the scheduled time, may be subject to a standard service trip fee. All scheduling is done on a best-effort basis, and you will be contacted if a delay occurs due to weather or technical issues.
9. Photos, Marketing & Reviews
The technicians may take "before and after" photos of your ventilation systems for quality control and documentation. These images may be used for marketing or educational purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise. Your personal address or identifying information will never be shared without consent. We appreciate honest customer reviews and feedback to help us maintain high service standards across our network.
10. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all utilities (power, water) are available and functioning during the service. It is also the customer's duty to inform the technician of any known issues, previous repairs, or fragile elements within the home before work begins. A responsible adult present must be on-site during the service window.
11. Changes to Terms
Mister Brush Air Cleaning reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to our website and will apply to all bookings made after the date of the update. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
